The special meeting/work session began at 4 p.m. and included a discussion of a potential replacement educational programs and operations levy in February 2026.

The regular meeting began at 6 p.m. and included:

• Agenda approval

• Student voice from Glenwood Heights Primary, CAM Academy and Prairie High School

• Committee and board director reports

• Superintendent and staff updates

• Citizens’ comments

• Approval of an amendment of the minutes for the regular board meeting on Oct. 27, 2025

• Approval of the consent agenda

• Old business: The board approved policy 1821 regarding standards for individual school directors (board members)

• New business: The board voted to approve the following:

  • Advertisement of a request for proposal regarding pupil transportation services

  • Policy 1310 regarding policy adoptions, manuals and administrative procedures

  • Policy 1820 regarding evaluation of the board

  • Retirement of policy 1810 regarding annual governance goals and objectives

• Executive session: The board entered an executive session at 7:23 p.m. The executive session ended around 7:40 p.m. No action followed.
