Community events

These flyers were submitted by nonprofit organizations and governmental entities to keep families updated about opportunities in the community. Battle Ground Public Schools does not sponsor or endorse these activities, unless they are official school/district events.

Your digital flyer MUST have:

  1. A disclaimer stating, “This is not sponsored or endorsed by Battle Ground Public Schools.”

  2. The full name of the sponsoring organization or agency

  3. Contact information such as an email address or phone number

  4. A clear title of the event or activity with a short description

The district accepts submissions from nonprofit organizations, IRC 501(c)(3) and governmental entities of noncurricular flyers that have a social, recreational or educational value for students (policy 4060 – distribution of information).

Flyers are posted on this webpage. The organization may deliver printed copies to schools to place in common areas and bulletin boards if they have space.
