Daybreak Schools

Want to volunteer for our Scholastic Book Fair at Daybreak Schools (DBP & DBM) in October? We would love to have your help! The book fair will run October 24-28th during conference week. (1) Complete the volunteer google form if you are interested https://forms.gle/TxNwMyXzWE59XZTYA

All volunteers need to (2) complete the BGPS ONLINE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION (good for 2 years)

(3) Bring or email your valid photo identification to Daybreak Primary or Middle schools for verification (or email photo ID to keith.susan@battlegroundps.org or hoffman.nicole@battlegroundps.org). Your identification must be turned in BEFORE your application can be processed. Once all documents are turned in, it takes 7-10 business days for clearance. Your application is good for 2 years. Deadline is Monday, October 10th.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:
** Set up fair: Friday, October 21st @ 1:00-3:30pm (help unpacking and displaying books and book fair items)
** Work the fair (cashier, help students with counting their change & finding books, straightening books, etc.):
Monday through Friday shifts: 8:30-10:30am, 10:30-12:30pm, and 12:30-2:30pm
** Tear down fair: Friday, October 28th @ 1:30-3:30pm (could get done earlier)
