Parents of students who will enter kindergarten in Fall 2021 are invited to a 45 minute presentation by Zoom on Tuesday, May 25 from 5:00-5:45 pm. The agenda will include information on registration, an overview of the learning program in kindergarten, introduction of the kindergarten team, readiness tips, and sharing of materials and other related information. Friday, May 21, DBP Spirit Day: Color Day. Kindergarten – red; 1st – black; 2nd – green; 3rd – purple; 4th – blue
Friday, May 28, 3:00 pm: May Student Awards Assembly by Zoom: https://bit.ly/3tNrEDj. Also, DBP Spirit Day – Hat Day!
Tuesday, June 1: Drive thru event for new Kindergarten families 2021-22, 5:00-6:00 pm
The kindergarten team, administration, and school mascot, Dudley, will be on hand in this curbside, drive thru event to give out readiness kits containing books and other fun items to new kindergarten students and parents! Please drive through the primary parking lot of 20th Avenue and wear masks when you roll down your windows.
Thursday-Friday, June 3-4: DBP Parent-Teacher Conferences via zoom – 1:30-3:40pm (check with your child’s teacher for specific times & zoom link)
Early Release school hours: 9:40-12:40pm
Friday, June 4: DBP Spirit Day: Sports or College Gear Day
Tuesday, June 8: “Field Day” for in-person students during 40-minute specials classes
Friday, June 11, 3:00 pm: June and End of Year Student Awards Assembly by Zoom: https://bit.ly/3atDwTg. Also DBP Spirit Day – Rainbow Day (wear colors of the rainbow!)
