Daybreak Schools

The book fair will run March 21st through March 25th, 2022. You can sign up for days and time periods that work for you.

All volunteers need to (1) complete the BGPS ONLINE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

(2) Bring or email your valid photo identification to Daybreak Primary or Middle schools for verification (or email photo ID to keith.susan@battlegroundps.org. Volunteers will also need to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. These documents must be turned in BEFORE your application can be processed. Once all documents are turned in, it takes 7-10 business days for clearance. Deadline is Tuesday, March 8th.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:

Set up fair: Thursday, March 17th @ 2:40 – 5:00pm (help unpacking and displaying books and book fair items)

Work the fair (cashier, help students with counting their change & finding books, straightening books, etc.):

March 21: 8:00-10:00am, 10:00-12:00pm, 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm

March 22: 8:00-10:00am, 10:00-12:00pm, 12:00-2:00pm, 2:00-4:00pm

March 23: 8:00-10:00am, 10:00-12:00pm, 12:00-2:00pm (close early on early release)

March 24: 8:00-10:00am, 10:00-12:00pm, 12:00-2:00pm (close early on early release)

March 25: 8:00-10:00am, 10:00-12:00pm, 12:00-2:00pm (close early to pack up)
